11/9 Best Bets (0-1)

@WhereisJohnRoss gives his locks for TNF (Panthers @ Bears)

Aren’t we lucky? Roger Goodell and co. did God’s work with this one. Out of all the potential midway through the year Thursday night matchups, we are getting the pleasure of watching the 1-7 Carolina Panthers travel to the 2-7 Chicago Bears. May I say it again? Aren’t we lucky? Regardless of this matchup being on par with a hangover, Nomo will be sprinkling some coin on three plays that jump off the page (sort of) to him.

Over 19.5 1H

Look, I know asking these two teams to score points isn’t something you or I would like to do but we’re not asking for a whole lot here. 2 FGs, 2 touchdowns. The Chicago Bears have shown they like to take chances down the field even with Bagent under center, and I think Young might show us something here in PrimeTime. Some numbers: Bears 11.8 PPG at home in the 1H, Panthers 11.0 on the road. The numbers tell me thats 21.8 total and they each give up more than they score. Lets ride.

Bryce Young Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (+175)

6/9 quarterbacks the Bears have faced this year have done it. Love lit ’em up, Howell lit ’em up. Why not Young?

Panthers +3

Panthers played better than advertised in last weeks 14 point loss. Two pick 6s from Young. Prior to that, they beat the Texans. Expecting this to be close, give me the team given a field goal.
